I saw this grey blur in a garden in my street. I thought it was Odin the Cat, but it’s a white faced heron. (Next door has pink flamingos)

That is really generous – thank you! Unfortunately a Kindle is still only a wish – I’ll have to start hinting to my children. The minute they get the hint and act on it, I’ll let you know – but it’s going to be a long-term project.
