This leapt out at me. Minimal decor in a fabulous cafe. How cool is that?

It seemed to fit the modern art inside. An amazing place in what I thought was a backwater.

Very minimalist, indeed! I’d like to just drop one spot of red ink somewhere to break it up (hahahaa!)

The exhibition left my mind full of colours. In here, even the food was minimal (but really nice)

Nice choice! I find it calming …soothing, clean …until someone spills something bright and messes it up. Ha! 🙂

Best coffee I ever had was in Beppu, Japan. It’s made with boiling water straight off a geyser/volcano …the alkaline water neutralises some of the acids in the coffee…. rich flavour!
