I’m blogging late this week because  I took my brother and sister-in-law for a guided tour of Paris (boo hoo, poor me!) After I’d seen them safely onto the airport bus I took a stroll around the lovely Montparnasse Cemetery.

I read the challenge, it was too good to miss. I found some good shots of thresholds…..portals between this world and the next.  Being Paris, some of them are rather elegant.

This one reflects the heavens in stainless steel. It feels like you could dive in to a pool of sky. Taken this morning. 

I think it’s a Buddhist grave, it’s very beautiful.
