It’s a holiday at home. My long distance lover is here from Australia, it’s been far too long. This morning we walked into town to get some shopping and plan tonight’s dinner…. a lamb tagine.  I’ve just eaten a lunch of  crusty bread and pate de campagne.    I  put on a CD, ‘Home Cookin’ by “The Incredible Jimmy Smith”. Kenny Burrell is on guitar, Percy French on the tenor sax and Donald Bailey is on drums.  Very groovy stuff.  My girlfriend is downstairs marinating things for dinner. Real home cooking!

Home is the new trip?  Yep, this is yet another trip of a lifetime.  Speaking of trips, last night we watched ‘The Big Lebowski’ . How cool is that?
